ABOUT THE TOURNAMENTS

Northwest Multiple Listing Service has a north and south annual golf tournament where staff, Real Estate Brokers or NWMLS Members, and event sponsors can spend the day networking and playing golf.

WHAT I CREATED FOR THE 2018 & 2019 TOURNAMENTS

Each player received a swag bag at check-in containing the pictured items above. The bag included a golf ball sleeve containing three branded NWMLS golf balls, two business card sized drink tickets, one "meal ticket," and one tournament brochure. The tournament brochure laid out the game rules, thanked sponsors, and featured a welcome letter from NWMLS' CEO, Tom Hurdelbrink.

GOLF BALL SLEEVE - VERSION 2018 & 2019

The branded golf ball sleeve design was created using Adobe Illustrator as the printing company required a vector format.

There was much improvement between the 2018 and 2019 designs as I switched from portrait to landscape orientation.

During a social media campaign surrounding the golf tournament I built this golf ball sleeve tower with several branded golf tees at the top.

WATER BOTTLE LABEL

The NWMLS branded water bottles were a big hit at the golf tournaments. I created a water bottle label sized sticker in Adobe InDesign and had a great time applying the stickers with my team.

GOLF CART SPONSORSHIP CART CARD

The sponsorship cards where jumbo postcard sized, or 8.5 in x 5.5 in and were printed within the NWMLS print shop. One card was clipped to the steering wheel of each golf cart prior to the tournaments. I greatly enjoyed adding the Lone Wolf logo to the golf cart.

SELFIE FRAME

The NWMLS selfie frame was intentionally created as a multi-use marketing piece that could be used as a social media tool for the tournaments plus later NWMLS events. Tournament participants seemed to really enjoy taking their pictures with the frame and posting them online with our hashtag.

TENT, TABLECLOTH, SELFIE FRAME, PLINKO BOARD, & GIVEAWAYS

I designed the selfie frame within Adobe Illustrator and it was printed on thick corrugated plastic. I designed and printed the icons for the plinko board using NWMLS' in-house digital printer. In, addition, I either ordered, or assisted in ordering many of the branded items seen in the photo.

SPONSORSHIP FORM

This golf sponsorship form was distributed to potential golf sponsors approximately 6 months before each tournament. I designed the form in Adobe InDesign and added form fields plus checkboxes using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.I also created the icons and payment method illustrations were created in Adobe Illustrator.

GOLF HOLE SPONSORSHIP SIGNS

Every golf hole that had a sponsor was marked with a 24 in x 36 in sign made of corrugated plastic. This made it easier for sponsors to identify which golf hole was theirs. Additionally, if sponsors chose not to attend the event they still had something at the location showing players that they contributed to the day.

TOURNAMENT WELCOME BANNER

Both tournaments featured a welcome banner that greeted players upon arrival. The banner was hung above the check-in desks and gave us another opportunity to thank our sponsors.
